Ruckus may not have had the best start in life, but this resilient pup is all about moving forward. Despite enduring unimaginable hardships—including the loss of his ears—Ruckus doesn’t let his past define him. He’s a survivor with a heart full of love, ready to share his joy with everyone he meets.

Ruckus settled into foster home like a pro, quickly learning routines and basic commands (thank you, food motivation!). He’s worked hard on crate-training and has been keeping his space clean, especially with a comfy Kuranda bed.

Walks? He loves them! Hikes, neighborhood strolls, pack walk adventures—you name it. He’s still getting used to his Gentle Leader, but his leash manners are improving every day. 

A true social butterfly, Ruckus adores both dogs and people. After proper introductions, he thrives with canine companions—though he sometimes loves them *too* much and needs to be reminded not everyone loves constant face licks. His humans aren’t spared from his affection either—expect wiggles, kisses, and endless charm. 

A few things to know: Ruckus has a tendency to eat non-food items (toys, blankets, etc.), so a watchful home is best. He also thrives on routine and structure, making him an ideal match for an active, loving family.
